Smoke Alarm Check

What services are included with the price of your standard smoke alarm inspection?

We do a variety of checks to ensure that your home is fully compliant with Victorian legislation, including:

  • Comprehensive testing to check for volume (including recording sound pressure levels), positioning and damage;
  • Replace all smoke alarm batteries; and
  • Comprehensive audit report. Includes compliance certificate and detail of work complete, accessible via our landlord portal.
